With over 33 years of distinguished experience, our founder, Gp Capt Sham Arora brings a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a deep passion for mentoring. Commissioned as an Engineering Officer in the Indian Air Force in 1992, he has consistently demonstrated excellence throughout his career.

An alumnus of Modern School, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, he holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science and an M.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur, where he earned a Gold Medal for standing first among all postgraduate courses. He also holds an MBA from FMS, Delhi.

His journey into mentoring MBBS aspirants began in 2020 while navigating the complex NEET counselling process for his daughter. Through careful planning and deep understanding of the admission system, they successfully secured a merit seat in one of India’s top Government Medical Colleges.

This personal experience inspired him to guide other students and parents through the NEET and MBBS admission journey. His mission is to simplify the process and empower students with the right knowledge and strategy so they secure the best possible medical college based on merit.

Driven purely by a passion for mentorship and service, he is committed to helping students achieve their dreams — not for money, but to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
